Question 1

What is Tragent?

Accepted Answer

Tragent records trades, checks your personal rules during active sessions, and gives you a structured review after the session.

Question 2

Do I need to be a funded trader to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. Tragent works for any serious trader, whether you're running a funded challenge, managing a self-funded account, or still building consistency in a simulator. The discipline mechanics apply the same way.

Question 3

Is Tragent really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The core platform is completely free, with no trial period and no credit card required. Pro adds higher usage limits to the AI Copilot and advanced analytics. Paid upgrades are not currently available.

Question 4

What do the paid plans add?

Accepted Answer

Every plan gets the full Trade Journal, Rules Engine, and Broker Sync for free, forever. Pro and Extended increase your weekly AI Voice Co-Pilot usage and let you connect more trading accounts — Pro supports 3 connected accounts, Extended supports 10.

Question 5

What is the Discipline Score?

Accepted Answer

It is a live 0 to 100 score based on how closely you follow your own rules during a session. It does not use P&L, so a losing day can still show good process.

Question 6

Does Tragent connect to my broker?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through Broker Sync. It reads your trade and account data to power journaling and analytics automatically. Tragent never has withdrawal or trading permissions — it is read-only access.

Question 7

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Tragent is available as a web app today and works well on mobile browsers. A native mobile app is in development and coming soon.

Question 8

Can I start now?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a free account to start. No credit card is required. Paid upgrades will be available separately.

Question 9

Is my trading data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it's never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and why.
